The meditation and physical well-being pictures


Meditation is linked to better health and phisical well-being increased. This is the thesis supported by a Sydney University study published in the Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine journal.
The researchers used federal program National Health and Well being Survey data compared to over 350 Australians data, practiced meditation for at least two years. Those who meditated since a long time showed a better mental condition than 10 percent of the general population.
Scientists have focused on the definition of meditation as SahajaYoga mental silence, and meditators were asked how often the lived experience of mental silences everal times a day and more than a few minutes at a time.
