This will cause the lining of the sinuses and nose to swell. It is crucial that you drink plenty of fluids to avoid becoming dehydrated. Some people get terrible sinus headaches from this infection. Drinking chamomile tea, using chamomile oil as a vapor, and ingesting chamomile supplements are all great ways to relieve the pain from these headaches. Although it is recommended that you see a doctor for this infection, there are many things you can do at home to reduce the symptoms and pain from sinusitis.
